My street was flooded 2 years ago. A neighbor was traveling the street in a boat, the water covered halfway of our driveway. I was in school and they had to evacuate us in the middle of the day to the local high school.

It didn't go into our house, we were very lucky, like 4 minutes away from our house their were neighborhoods that the water managed to go into peoples houses, I remembered going to one of the neighborhoods after the floods finally ended, and we saw a dead dog in the street. Scary stuff.

the street a block from me has that issue, a lady was yelling at ppl driving by cuz every time they drove by it would cause water to go inside her house, she fuckin called my dad a heartless monster i busted out laughing and said fuck work just take me home,

i'm a security guard where i work, which is in the same neiborhood and obviously if it's flooded, the place i work at aint gonna have much business so am i gonna guard? a fucking aligator?

actually that may be possible since the place across the highway has baby gators in a lake for their golf course, oh shit lmao

So you're saying you work on the same neighborhood where you live and yet you need a ride to work?

I'm jealous. My state is going through a drought right now along with a sexy dose of wildfires.

That's fucked, it got pretty bad in Brisbane once, though.
But not this bad.

Also, holy shit @ the tornado warnings, be careful, dude.
A few of my friends get fucked up badly after a tornado hit their house.

Nah man, I lived in Iowa 9 years, every year we had like 10 plus warnings and only 1 touched down and it came no where near us

lived in Florida for 15 years, never once been hit by a Hurricane or Tornado, i seen the after effects of Hurricane Andrew but it never effected me,

so i never worry about Tornado's, the flood was cool, the left side of the block has cleared up but everything on the right side is still flooded, if it's like this tomorrow i'mma put a garbage bag over my feet pull it up past my waist and walk to work, idgaf
