trust me, i was apart of a Protest group that pulled off something similar to this, although, i was not present at the time of the video they took.

BUT, i was there when the phone call came that the video they took was deemed illegal, due to the fact they LIED to the police when the cop asked if they were filming

yes, it's legal to film, but if the cop ask's if they are being filmed you cannot lie about it

and althought the police could not get him for that exact video, they found other ways to legally fuck with him and everybody else involved with that whole situation, every chance these cops had they would legally fuck with him and i seen it many times.

in fact, me and this friend were filming a documentary, and we would drive around filming police as they had people pulled over, and one night, the police stopped me cuz i was trying to get an internet connection on my ipod near the police station at 3 in the morning so i could text a friend

(i have a texting app on my ipod touch)

anyways, the police then searched my backpack and found my camera, they found the video's of us filming and immediatly they saw me as a threat, tho, they did not arrest me, or do anything to bad to me, they intorragted me like i was some type of terrorist.

the funny thing about that was, i just left a friend's house after guzzling 8 can's of budweiser in like, 20 minutes, as well as taking 2 or 3 shots of vodka, but they couldn't tell i was drunk, idk how, but who cares, i got away with being drunk in public (tho, i didn't really cuz later on i drank more at another friend's house and almost died while trying to out drink somebody else)

thing is, i'm pretty sure the police still fuck with this guy, but idk, cuz me and him stopped gtalking back in November cuz i wouldn't help him stalk his ex and he accused me of breaking them up.

My point is, this guy may have "embarassed" the cops here, but cuz they have a badge, they will, or probably already have, got this guy back double, you cannot beat the law, they will terrorrise you if you try, they will win in the long run, financially, it's not worth it, this guy lost.

It's true, cops can legally fuck you in MANY ways. People don't realize this.

Police will never just "lay down" and let somebody win, there will always be a consequence for any "win" you get against the law

Sue a cop, okay, you win the lawsuit, but just know that every other cop will know of this lawsuit and will now be watching your every move and will find any way possible to fuck you over, by the book, so there will be no other lawsuit for you to win

they can go for you, or they can fuck your family over,

or, when you need them, they may not be so quick to help, and by time they arrive to help it may be to late.

you can go ahead and make the police look stupid if you want but they are alot more dangerous when you piss them off, this guy did nothing but put a giant red target on his head,

they don't have to go for him tho, his kid is young and stupid enough to make some very illegal mistakes, that is all they need, they can easily ruin that kid's life now when he makes one mistake, he is now a huge target for those cops now.

if this guy is married, his wife may be a target, all this guy did was press the button to start a ticking time bimb that will only exppload in his face.

THANK GOD, i seen the situation i was in was getting bad and got away from the protest group, magically, those police don't fuck with me now, at all, nor do they bother with the guy's ex girlfriend who now has nothing to do with that group, and is in college living her life, while my ex friend is busy trying to "expose" mistakes by the police on a daily basis.

The kid was probably involved in something he shouldn't have been involved in

i'm not stickin up for police, yeah, most of the time they are assholes, but they are assholes for a reason

with my job i started out nice to everybody but at this point i have started to become an asshole to certain people because of how fucking stupid they act, i deal with drug addicts, alcoholics and straighjt up assholes every day, yesterday somebody took a nice little shit on the sidewalk in front of the store, guess who was supposed to clean that up? me, did i? fuck no

fact is, i no longer loo kat people as nice, and cool to talk to, i look at them as stupid ass drugged out dick heads

police deal with alot worse, they deal with people shooting at them, kids pull guns to, kids are not as innocent as they look, cops can't just "trust" a kid by his looks, he was probably identified or involved in something that made him seem dangerous enough for 5 cops,

also, note that the father was being a dick, it is very possible it did not start out with 5 cops dealing with that kid, it may have been 2 or 3, and then the father got involved, police are forced to call for back up cuz now they have to make sure this dickhead father doesn't do anything crazy.

people are quick to point out the flaws of police but are very blind to the fact that ordinary people are not as innocent as they look.

i thought a girl who is a regular in the store was sweet as hell, a babysitter, young and pretty, always nice to me

til i looked up her criminal record and seen that she likes to steal from stores, her accompliss is usually her cousin, who she once brought to the store with her and introduced me to while she went and picked out things she wanted to buy, now, i was distracted, but what she didn't count on, was the fact that while i was distracted, the guy behind the counter was watching her, so she was not able to get away with stealing.

don't be so quick to say cops are wrong, get the full story, ordinary people try to paint themself as innocent but 9 times outta ten are guilty as fuck.

I really have no problem with cops as long as they do their job. Sometimes they are painted as the monsters of society unrightfully, but in this instance I believe they were at fault. I may be wrong because we don't know the whole story, I'm just going on my opinion.
