Something like that happened to me once, and I recovered the files with a program. Don't worry the file is still there stored somewhere untill the computer is formatted.

There are several softwares out there that might fix it. You just got to search for them.

Just search "restore after emptying recycle bin" or something, and you'll see other people having same problem. Someone there might've been able to help them.
