Unless you look like Leo DiCaprio or something, we can roughly say that one third of the girls won't like you no matter what, one third will like you but they'll be in serious relationships or their dog might have died the other day or whatever, so you may not end up hooping up, and one third will like you and do ish with you. So, in a way it's a numbers game. If you approach 100 girls and you hook up with 4, it's still good. What I'm trying to say is try not to dwell on this girl that much, and move on.

And also, remember that you can spark attraction on the strength of your personality, it doesn't have to be an instant thing (like it is with guys liking girls most of the time i.e. relying heavy on looks). If it didn't work out with this girl, it may be because she didn't get to see the real you so don't take it personal. Or even if she did see it, you two may simply not be a match and that's cool too.
