Eminem won't be nominated for this year because he dropped his album after the deadline.

nominees will be:

Good Kid Maad City
The Heist
Yeezus
Magna Carta
Nothing Was The Same

good kid has it on lock imo.

the album is platinum and has all the accolades needed to win it (impact, universal acclaim and 91/100 on metacritic)

kdot has been winning almost every award for the album of the year. He is winning that one hands down... either him or Macklemore.

The deadline was in September :sweating:

Some people think that Interscope released MMLP2 after September on purpose. It's the first time that Interscope have 2 serious contenders for these awards and it's way more interesting for them to dominate 2 award shows instead of 1.

why not ? the grammy awards always boost your sales.
Jimmy Iovine is not incompetent, he knows what he is doing

MMLP2 will be nominated in 2015, don't worry.
Take Care was released in late 2011 and it won the RAOTY in 2013. MBDTF was released in November 2010 and it won the RAOTY in 2012. Gkmc was released in October 2012 and it's the strong favorite for the grammy 2014.. there's no reason for MMLP2 not to be nominated in 2015 !! The Grammy 2015 = October 2013 - December 2014.
