What is your dietary category?

Postby ThomasAguanis » Mar 21st, '08, 02:34

I follow a vegan diet, consisting of fruits, vegetables, and mainly anything that is not meat or dairy (eggs included). I try to eat organic if possible too. I also don't drink soda or anything with certain ingredients in it (such as aspartame, high fructose corn syrup,etc.). I stick to water (distilled is the best), some natural iced tea, and organic fresh fruit juice. I'm trying to cut down on soy at the moment too due to recent findings saying that it messes with thyroid function among other things. I'm also now a fan of herbs, spices,(all organic) and the health benefits associated with certain ones (I'm a big fan of cayenne pepper at the moment)

That's like... really close to the point of being UNnatural, actually. Why do you choose not to eat meat? Fruits, vegetables, no junk food, all of that I can understand I guess if you wanna be all organic and stuff, but meat is organic in a way. We're designed to eat it too. HOW DO YOU GET YOUR PROTEIN?!

i eat food.

simple as that, we are designed to eat meat so vegiterians (who protest against meat eaters) can suck my dick, if they wanne live like a rabbit, thats good for them, but we are animals and animals eat each other, you wouldnt go to a lion and hand it a carrot would you ?

but i am against poultry chickens ect.

even though the animal is going to get eaten either way, im against it living in shitty shitty conditions forced fed ect. thats wrong, people argue that it was born to be eaten, but we(humans) are born to ultimitely die so really should we bother with cars, houses, ambitions ect. coz at the end of the day we are gonni die so who cares ?

i prefer to eat organic meat that has lived natuarly and been fed natuarly, im also against eating baby animals like young lambs they should be adults before getting slaughtered.
