Not sure, i've always wondered the same thing.

yeh he is a moderator.

his colour isnt green becuase (this isnt official just what im guessing) he was a made a mod a long time ago and someitmes he isnt active for long periods of time so he is in a different mod group than the rest of the mods meaning he has the powers but no colour


also he should be purple, coz im pretty sure he is a Global Moderator



also, im the only blue mod
