It has to do with the way a person grows up and their overall life at home. It's not really a matter of if their parents will let them or not, 'cause that shit doesn't work. Any kid will find a way to get alcohol or drugs, etc. It's not hard.
... And psssh, my kid is going to be successful in life and make me lots of money. He/she is not going to fuck that up by drinking.
