But what happened with Geno? Haven't seen him in a while...

We did have a Hunger Games type of shit going on with the mods. Geno died first, so Menzo started crying. The rest of the mods started crying too when they saw Menzo crying, so I was like "what a bunch of pussies, I am standing here, ready with my bomb belt, and y'all be crying? Psh", so then we agreed to cancel the games.
