I've heard they are trying to make it so Americans can't partake in any of the fun stuff residents do

Such as grow magic mushrooms fuck prostitutes or of course smoke weed

Is this discrimination?

They supposedly don't want a "bad reputation"

Even though it's the only damn reason they attract tourist money anyway
