I decided to give up sugar in my diet for 30 days to see what an impact it will have on my health, energy, mood, etc... here's what will go into the bin: yoghurts, sauces, pizzas, soft drinks, packaged snack foods...

Why am I doing this ?

1. Added Sugar Contains No Essential Nutrients and is Bad For Your Teeth
2. Added Sugar is High in Fructose, Which Can Overload Your Liver
3. Overloading The Liver With Fructose Can Cause Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
4. Sugar Can Cause Insulin Resistance, a Stepping Stone Towards Metabolic Syndrome and Diabetes
5. The Insulin Resistance Can Progress to Type II Diabetes
6. Sugar Can Give You Cancer
7. Due to its Effects on Hormones and the Brain, Sugar has Unique Fat-Promoting Effects
8. Because it Causes Massive Dopamine Release in The Brain, Sugar is Highly Addictive
9. Sugar is a Leading Contributor to Obesity in Both Children and Adults
10. It Ain’t The Fat… It’s SUGAR That Raises Your Cholesterol and Gives You Heart Disease

Coca Cola is horrible...you can feel it rotting away your teeff

I've only really drank diet stuff for the past few years but I do treat myself to chocolate and crisps quite a bit.

I never eat sweets or drink soda with real sugar. I barely eat fast food now, maybe like once every two weeks. Sometimes I have a cheat meal and enjoy the shit out of it though.

I also rarely eat chips, ice creams etc.. or anything between my meals. When I do eat them (and when I say rarely it's like once a week lol), I eat them right after dinner or lunch.

I'm with you on this one

Don't. Meat is not unhealthy, but it's really good and important especially when you work out.
If you don't have time to eat then supplements are good but you should not replace your meals with them.

If you dont like the taste then eh too bad for you but fish and chicken are full of proteines and beef isnt too bad either.

What health issue do you have that made you wanna stop eating it?

I'm not going to cut natural sugar (fruits,...) and I'm not really a purist, I know sugar is everywhere lol... there's no way we can cut everything :D

I don't really eat a llot of sugar, especially lately I don't really have any. But every now and then I need some in order to not feel weak

haven't ate sugar in over a month, it's not hard tbh, haven't ate meat either, you just need disciplint and no cheat days cuz cheat days make u want more
