You can also do little things, like going for the stairs instead using the elevator, try to go walking to as many places as you can instead using the subway or whatever....

LOL no subway in Lebanon, it's all 10452 km2 (kilometers square), you can travel all of lebanon in 2-3 hours by car. But I try to come back from uni by foot most days, and I already started taking the stairs, nice advice

Depends what kind of carbs..

Yes that's true, obviously I meant complex carbs from brown rice, wholemeal pasta and green veges.

Avoid sugar as much as you can for the rest of your life. :y:

They are all "bad carbs" though Lello. Like bigray suggested I would be swapping that white bread for something a little better for you.

Edit: I just want to reassure you that you are doing great. I hope none of this comes across as criticism because I'm only trying to offer advice. You have to do what's best for you at the end of the day though.

Brown bread still isn't great tbh. Full wheat is much better though. It is low GI which sustains you for longer as it takes much longer for your body to process than a simple carb like sugar.

Here is some useful information regarding carbs and GI.
