I always have earbuds because they are easier to carry around, plus I can't rock the headphone style very well.

Phillips earphones do it for me. They are cheap and sound pro.

I currently use the Sony MDR-V700DJ. I do have a set of Beats, though. They were a gift... but I don't care for them as much, they bleed too much noise.
The best Ive used, though, were the JVC HA-MX10.
