being angry and having spite only hurts yourself, trust me on this, for pretty much a year i absolutly HATED my ex and wanted the worse to happen to her, and it turned me into a hateful person all around, one day, i realized, letting her actions get to me was bringing myself down because i was thinking about it way to much.

very recently, i pretty much let go of all the hate i had inside of me, for all people, including my sister, who, for the last 3 years i hated so much that i would not even acknowledge her as a sister, now, idc, yeah, she's my sister, do i still hate her? no, but i'm not gonna love her either, i'm letting her go

same with my ex, and you know what, i am feeling amazing, peaceful, i no longer have hate in my heart and it has changed me for the better, i am fully enforcing my whole perspective of "Alive To Overcome Negativity Eternally"

all i can say is,. let her do what it is she does because in the end, she will realize how fucked up she is and it will hurt her more, it will eat her up inside once she realizes you have givin up on her.

how do i know this? my ex comes in the store i work at and my boss keeps trying to get us to date again (my boss is an old ass indian lady who does not understand why we broke up) and before my ex could even answer i straight up said no, i'm happy without her and we are better off seeing other people, and after i said that i could see in my ex's eye's that she was hurt, cuz we have a 12 year history and she never thought i would give up loving her, and now that she knows i am 100% happy without her, she is crushed, she hasn't been in the store since then during my shift, she goes in during the day time now instead.

truth is man, don't let this situation get you down, move past it and find something new, love is a sick game sometimes, and holding in positive or negative feelings for an ex will make it almost impossible to love any other girl.

Once you sort of...accept things, learn to understand that EVERYTHING that pisses you off is important with regards to the man you'll eventually grow to be and absorbing every experience as...well, an experience, life is just better.

Well I mean, I use to go buttfuck crazy and delete every picture of my exes and shit and blah blah..

But I didn't this time cause I knew it was a good experience I was gonna look back on and also It would give me experience in these sorts of things down the line...that what you guys mean?

basically, what i did, was put the situation with my ex behind me, what she did was fucked up, but being all angry about it won't fix it or make anything better, i simply deleted her from my life, realized i was better off without her, stopped contacting her and moved on, it put my heart in a better place, i'm a more peaceful person now with everything, i mean, i don't have any pics of my ex, cuz, i hate camera's and never wanted to be in pics with her, i know she has a few from her birthday but i didn't keep any.

Plus, my ex kinda got fat all of the sudden after we broke up, either that, or i never realized she was fat when we dated cuz at the time i loved her and didn't care, but last time i seen her i asked myself what the hell was i thinkin, laughed at it and moved on.
