There's a bunch of problems with trying to do this.

1. The majority of artists on TR are complete amateurs who don't even qualify for "underground", with a few exceptions.
2. There's only 3 or 4 artists still active on this forum.
3. No-one ever steps up to the plate to organise the whole thing, and if someone does, does it just become an extension of that member's discography?
