That's not to say it's the right thing for you, or that it won't tear apart everyone who loves you...but it's always there for consideration. I'm a fan of the EXIT bag, myself. Helium is a good method, or nitrous. Ya know....if you're into that type of thing.

I'm not suicidal anymore though, and I've been a negative prick for a very long time now. Keep your head up, fish. I'm not going to lie and say it always gets better, but sometimes it does. It did for me.

I respect your opinion, but is a so negative point of view. Even of the most hard things you can get out, or at least try. And you are an example, you said you were suicidal once, and not anymore.

I have a friend, well, he tried to kill himself jumping by the balcony in high school. he didn't die, now he is happy but he has a lots of sequels. And he will need help all his life. (and the brother is the one helping him, so somehow his family is paying for his mindfuck too)

If someone feels bad enough to think about this, before doing something stupid is better to get some professional help.

I personally knew 5 people that commited suicide. None of them were close to me, but still-it`s a shock when you hear it. And it destroyes the lives of people that were close to them.

I don't really care anymore when people tell me to die whenever I express my desires to. It's not that I expect anyone to care. I've always been suicidal and I do have suicidal people around me.

It's a feeling equivalent to love. It can be selfish, it can be selfless. I also see ghosts sometimes at 3am. And I have this constant echoes in my head making decisions for me.

At times, I don't. It happens without warning. It worsened a lot when my ex-girlfriend died. Honestly, if I don't think at all, I don't feel anything. But whenever I think about death, I feel like shit.

Honestly, as bluntly horrible as it sounds, you're going to have a really difficult time progressing out of your current mental state without legitimate mental help. You've actually got to want it for yourself also, otherwise you won't be able to benefit from going to a mental health professional.

Any sort of opinion or help you get from people on the forum is going to be completely different depending on their own issues or situation. A lot of members here are still trying to figure out how to deal with their own mental health problems, and aren't really in the position to be trying to assist someone in your situation.

At least a professional can try and offer an unbiased view.

In all seriousness, the type of things you're describing aren't going to just work themselves out. Regardless of whether or not seeing a doctor will help, the chance that it will is worth the uncomfortable situation. After all, if you are considering killing yourself, the type of risk seeing a psychiatrist would pose is fairly minimal in comparison.

Yeah the fact that you're talking to us on TR about your problems and emotions is a good sign. It shows you still have some degree of a will to survive. You're talking about contemplating suicide which is better because you're getting the feelings out and you're less likely to actually do it imo

Only thing you got here is some people trying to help but having no solution and some insesitive comments. I don't think neither of us have made you feel better.
