Really this is what you need to do. Go out to bars or whatever (not dance clubs) and start talking shit about being a rapper. Because every white kid and his brother wants to rap you'll find plenty of challengers. Challenge them to a freestyle battle and try your best to put money on the table so that you can win something. Then after you win be really obnoxious and talk a lot of shit and make sure your reputation grows. ("Dude have you heard about Just Silver, he was killing people downtown last night") then rinse and repeat. After you get a little popular start putting stuff online and start telling people to go check your shit out and hope they do.

Yeah parks or whatever, basketball courts, really any place with trashy people will have a lot of rappers (not saying all rappers are trashy but those places will probably have more)
