If you drink caffeine each day, it gives you random headaches even if you haven't drunk anything that day so far. Fuck that mess. It's hard trying to stay off the Pepsi Max, but I'm getting there. I used to drink a ridiculous amount of that mess and it was painful.

Stick to cordials or juice.

as someone who hasn't had caffiene since 2012, if i downed 2 cups of coffee right now i'd probably have a panic attack.
