i agree, but give them some time. come on, we all went straight to the dl section when we hit 100, but i guess u could ban them for spamming a lot. wait to see if they stay active or not, then ban them. :D

only way i found out so far is to go to edit, then add smiley manually. u just enter the picture location of the smiley and press enter.
