I Someimtes have trouble freestyling i mean how do you guys do it so you won't choke i mean I can freestyle but i won't freestyle like on 8 Mile ill say a phras and have to think of the next for liek 5 seconds and sometimes it wqill sound absurd so my questions is what kind of tips do you guys have for freestyling or battling (IRL)?

Well....you can simply refrain from battle rap and freestyling. That way, you wont ever ever ever choke.
