I am coming home from university everyday on foot (it's like a 40 minute walk), with some football days, but now I finished my semester, I have a 10 day study break, and then exams, I won't be able to do any kind of exercise throughout march, so recently I'm relying on low calorie intake
(in August and September, I was going to the gym in the morning doing 45 minutes of treadmill, 30 minutes of bicycle, 5 games of ping pong, then in the afternoon I would go on a 3-4 hour walk, most of it mountainous up hill roads, however that's impossible to do here in the City with uni and shit)
