He doesn't actively steal jokes. He took 2 bits before he was famous.. Like 10 years ago? And that's been cleared up. One of the biggest advocates against comedy thieves is joe rogan, and rogan praises him. Also, rogan has spoken out against him stealing in the past, so it's not one sided.

I saw an interview with Louis C.K. where he was talking about Louis and it made me love the show so much more. It was the one where he was talking about just not giving a fuck about plot lines or whatever. How he's had two different mothers in the show that act completely different and how he like had a brother as a main character one season and then the brother is gone and he never talks about him again and stuff like that. It made me respect him more for some reason.
