I like the fact that Royce referenced Super Mario Bros. But that's for the reference, the execution of the line itself was meh. I listened to the song again to see if it would grow on me like people claim it would but it didn't so I'm going to go listen to Stronger by Kanye West.
Do you think I'll ever stop being a Stan? Why/how?
Well, it depends on where Eminem goes. I mean, I thought Recovery was a solid album, so if he keeps pushing out albums of that quality every year combined with his first 3 great albums along with the fact that he was your "first" and all of the memories you must have garnered I would understand if you don't. If he keeps pushing out the BME quality tracks that he's been doing lately all the way into his next full length album, I'll be surprised if you don't. I stopped caring about him when I realized how many other artists I'd rather listen to but I kept him at the top of my top 10 because of the memories of how closely I used to follow him, so I let that sugarcoat the reality that I've actually gone through the same phase with many other artists.
But, if I had to make a prediction your favorite artist will eventually turn into Tech. I think you'll grow out of Em eventually because tbh, Tech is pushing out far better music than Em right now and that "revelation" eventually happens for anyone that exposes themselves to the array of music that you do, it just takes time.
Do you like Redbull? Where does it rank in your fav. drinks?
I've never thought of my list of fav. drinks but I do like Redbull.
Should I go take a piss because I'm literally going to tear my blatter open or should I listen to I'm On Everything until I'm comfortable enough to take 20 seconds away from my listening time?
No matter what you do, you should stop listening to I'm On Everything.
Is it sad that it's gotten to the point where I would rather listen to Kreayshawn then the new BME song.
Not really although if you're serious I think it's for more than just the music alone. The interesting thing about Kreayshawn that makes her more entertaining than BME is the concept of her itself.
