You're Never Over/Going Through Changes - GTC has moments of being close to his old stuff but some sloppy lyricism lets it down. YNO is an amazing tribute but in terms of writing it's quite far being anything from his prime.

This is an odd one, I admit. I think it's because I share posting traits of both sides and fit in with the backstage community because I post regularly outside of the Eminem section.

That's a tough one. I like Stillmatic's stories so I'll go for him. I always check out any album that KB recommends mind.

I'd like to have a debate with you, probably because it'd be pretty civil.

Is that a fish? If you mean EminemBase, then I have nothing against him. I think he's very repetitive and could easily condese his posts down to about 2 sentences if he really wanted to - a lot of filler. But he puts thoughts into his posts and doesn't offend me in anyway.

Depends. If people continually fall into their trap and reply causing some of the most repetitive and pointless arguments on Earth that could make the world collapse in on itself, then I won't be glad.

Shearer's a legend and yeah, I'd say I'm proud that it's an NUFC player. Will it be topped? So hard to know, really. Of players playing now, Rooney is the only one who has a real chance and he's 140 behind so even that's unlikely. No-one knows what players will come through in the future so...

and I know newcastle is already a big club, but do you think without finance they'll ever compete for the big competitions?

I don't doubt it. It was only 8 years ago we were playing Champions League football. With stability and a chairman that doesn't want to turn us into a selling club, we have everything here to be fighting for top 4 again. It'll take at least 5-10 years but it can happen.

Back in the day you were a regular in every section, now I only see you in this thread, some threads in the Em section and any Lowkey-related thread.

Got exams coming up so have relaxed with using the laptop; focusing on revision instead.

Depends on what Chelsea's squad looks like and whether he has players that compliment him. He needs confidence - if he doesn't have that, he's fucked.

I do. Not suprising though.

All depends on how Chelsea spend in the summer. They need a complete revamp imo - too many aging players. I think he'll improve morale though, no doubt.

Pretty shitty verse but was probably better than most of his stuff then. His Fubba U Cubba Cubba verse or Spend Some Time verse was his best from that era.

He seems like a chill guy but is too fucking worried about upsetting people these days. Needs to be more honest. As a person I'd liked him best around 01/02 - he finished being OTT and zany but wasn't at his embarrasing pill era stage yet.

In Eminem's prime, I honestly don't. They were so well crafted and consistent it's scary. Lowkey, Tonedeff and Masta Ace (at times) are probably the closest who've come to that level.

Are rhyme schemes,multies, and internals what you base the core of lyricism of?

They're probably one of the most important aspect for me, especially when I first hear a song, but I wouldn't say I base the core of lyricism on it. Word choice and vocabulary is probably as important too be honest. And I love good imagery and storytelling (when the time is needed for it).
