Work on my raps every single day - freestyling, writing, recording etc.
Read books every single day - at least 20-40 pages a day, mostly ish on psychology/philosophy i.e. thought experiments and self-development stuff; but also politics/history, biographies, tutorials on audio/video production, and a creative/story based book every now and then.
Meditation every single day - 20 minutes of - wall staring trying not to think and cut off thoughts - before going to bed
Lead a healthy diet - I'm not too strict with this but general principles are not to eat past 7 pm, to mostly drink water and drink as little as coke/alcohol/juices as possible.
Workout 3 times a week - Nothing special here either. Just basic plyometrics, push-ups, abs, core, vertical (legs) - i.e. things you don't need weights or a gym for.
