I would like a raise a kid some day, for several reasons. First one mainly being that I'd like all of my work and knowledge from this body to be inherited by the body of another generation's member. Another being that I would consider it the climax of my existence, the idea of raising a kid gives me reason to stay here, it gives me the feeling that I'm actually going to do something useful some day. I also have this weird belief that given that consciousness is inevitable (as in it will continue here even after you personally die), your consciousness is transferred into the body of your closest blood after this body dies. Now I'm sure that's crazy and doesn't make sense, but I'd like to prepare a vessel for myself in the case of that happening.
