As my friend was driving to work he said that he noticed at oddly behaving BMW at 8:45 (45 min before shooting) at a stop sign looking left and right scoping the streets. He was confused why they didn't go although they stopped at stop sign before him. Turns out this was the guy who would end up going on the Murder spree. Same car description.

He's even socially awkward when talking to no one - just a camera.
I think there is more underlying issues but I know many people with Aspergers - my older brother for example, however he is high functioning - and they behave in similar ways.
Not all people with AS are like this fuckwit but they all fall into having different components - social awkwardness, being psychotic, above average intelligence etc
