Those 3 are my favorite, there's already an Mc named Juice and Sum1 is too close to Sum41, although MOS is kind of close to Mos Def so he might come up when you get hits. I would go with either Sud or Wize-N, leaning towards Wize-N cause it's more unique and if people search it they are more likely to get you, but it's your name and you should pick whatever is best for you.

You need to overexaggerate emotions because they won't show up as clear on the recording as they were in real life. Try and use the force of your whole body in your voice, and just keep rapping. Your delivery will get better the more you rap and the more comfortable you are rapping.

I think they are equally important but if you made me choose I would go with delivery.

Well I get a general idea of what I want to write when I hear the beat, but then I start with the first line and see where it goes. Sometimes it stays the same and sometimes it doesn't.
