If it was soccer we're talkin about (in terms of skill) 50's not even in the conference league, Eminem's in the top 5 of the Premiership. At the very least on level terms, yes. Big Pun and Biggie, had 2 albums, so didn't have a chance to become less consistent. Jay-Z and Nas, have multiple shitty albums. Eminem has as many classics albums as Nas, Jay-Z, Pac, and Biggie, in his first 3 albums. Even almighty Rakim, who is probably the most consistently top notch lyricist, has had his short comings. And if Encore is Eminem's worst, and imo it has about 5 classic songs on it. Then that's not bad either. The rest remains to be seen.

STOP puttin Eminems latest shit with 50's latest, thats fuckin stupid. Eminem has had about 5 bad songs in his career, 50's had about 5 good ones.
