Lello it's normal , you will go slower now. Don't give up.

Maybe it will he hard because of the pain you say but it will be worth it when you reach the goal. You will start 2013 with a new body.

And how is that I'm not seeing Gingy at all this time? I'm disapointed.

Carbs are bread, pasta, potatoes, corn, that type of thing.

You HAVE to cut down your daily calorie intake as you lose weight. The secret is in proper nutrition more than it is in exercise. A combination of both is the perfect solution.

For example, you started at 156kg, so you needed to eat around 4500 calories/day in order to maintain weight. So, you had to eat a lower amount of calories than 4500 per day in order to lose weight.

Now that you've hit the stagnant phase at 131kg, you need to eat around 3200 calories/day in order to maintain weight. You have to eat a lower amount of calories than 3200/day in order to lose weight.

You do the same when you hit your next stagnant phase, and so on until you reach your goal. Don't forget to exercise though, whether it's walking, running, riding a bike or whatever.

Check how many calories/carbs/protein/fat a certain type of food has here:

YOU CAN DO IT, DON'T GIVE UP!

Lello, why don't you go to a doc to give you a personalized diet? Carbs are what Amaranthine said, but I think cut a certain type of aliments out of your diet suddenly and eat a lot of proteins, maybe will not be good for you, even if you lose weight by doing that. Maybe you would recover that weight again fast by eating them again. I say this from the ignorance anyway.

Keep in mind that is better if you lose the weight little by little, than lose very fast and recover the weight again fast. So don't give up. And remember to drink plenty of water, that's always good.

Patience is the key, that and hard work in the gym. Therefore you need to think lifestyle before DIET. You gotta ask yourself, "is this type of eating something I can do day in and day out for 6 out of 7 days of the week?".

You should know, when youre as overweight as you was, the body has a lot more fat stored away than a person with a low fat%. Therefore its easier to have a larger deficit when youre more overweight without having all them cravings.

Have a spoon of flax oil every day.
    Have a LOT of greens.
Eat about 1,5-2 grams of proteins every day, this will make you feel fuller.
Drink a large glass of cold water before every meal, this will make you eat less. Do this when youre waking up too.
Cut down on fruit, rice, pasta and carbs in general, carbs make you crave more.
Dont go crazy if the weight is stalling, thats just a number. Measure your body instead, or get your bodyfat checked monthly.
Take one night off just to be social, drink some wine, eat some chips, just dont go crazy. This will make you feel more motivated, just dont go on the weight scale the day after, wait 2-3 days.

You can do this.

That's terrible for your kidneys!! even if it is pepsi diet, maybe it doesn't have the sugar, but still terrible, you can even get kidney stones by abusing of diet coke or pepsi.
Drink water, you will eliminate toxins of your body. You have to drink like 1.5 l of water/day. That's a bottle , or around 6 glasses.

You dont need to eat 6 times.... thats a myth. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10625522
Check out Intermittent Fasting. Im eating two large meals a day and i feel great, when youre on that 6 meals a day stuff you dont have the time to do anything but eat.

You should do some type of activity each day, for example go for a walk, go balls deep, do something that makes your heart rate go up. Get yourself a mat and do 50 pushups morning and before bed.

edit: http://www.fast-5.com/content/faq
this is what i do, get all my calories in a 5-hour window, and then the 19 hours after/before, the body has a lot more time to burn energy from your fat stores. This will make your life a whole more stress-free, i promise. try it for a month.

You made a BIG mistake driking Pepsi instead of water, I don't care if it's diet or not. Water is the only thing on Earth with 0 calories, plus it provides your body with the essential electrolytes it needs. It also cleans your body of toxins. Drink as much as you can, 1,5l/day is not enough. Your minimum should be around 3 liters of water per day.

About the calories, I think you're consuming a way too low amount of them. I'd suggest around 2800 for your weight. The weightloss will be slower but much more effective, plus you won't feel as hungry. Since I mentioned hunger, here's another useful information/trick > drink a cup of water before each meal, it will fill your stomach to a certain degree and you won't eat as much.

And don't cut out any of the micro-nutrients completely (fat, carbs and protein), your body needs them in order to function properly and carry you through your day.

Feel free to ask anything if you are stuck somewhere/need more information. Good luck!

bigray wrote:I'm driving but did someone say diet Pepsi played a factor in his diet?

Is so that's completely WRONG!

Of course it did, lol. Maybe it doesn't have as much calories as the regular one, but It makes the body produce more insulin therefore the body asks for sugary-products. Maybe a can a week won't hurt you, but everyday consumption can fuck up your diet pretty bad.

Water doesn't provide your body with electrolytes lmao it dilutes them. Electrolytes are sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium etc of which water has none. Also diet Pepsi will NOT fuck up your diet, as long as you can resist the cravings for real sugar. The amount of kilojoules in a diet soft drink, even in 1.25L, won't make a difference.

Smh dr3 has no idea what he's talking about
