how do u get rid of a killer headache????i mean i've tried everything to make it go away,it makes me all nauseas and shit

Well if ur not sick or nothing, then its ur pressure rising, only sleep and rest can cure that. Or anything that lowers blood pressure.

thanks...i actually think i'm getting sick and when i do sleep,i wake up and it's gone but then it just comes back

well everybody tells me this headache is cos of stress or my bad mood or whatever but there's nothing i can do about that....
i guess i just need someone to talk to seeing how my friends r ignoring me now for SOME reason

If it goes away after you sleep then comes back later after you got up then I'd suggest to maybe relax or sumin. Also when I have a headache I drink alotta cold water, and take a panadol . But I haven't had a headache for a long time so..

Panandol is useless. If its an antibiotic u shouldnt be using it untill u cant live without it. Colds and headaches are really not the type of stuff to waste an immune system on.

yeah panadol is like a placebo or something,it doesn't work for me but i tried advil,doesn't work either
