Alright, for starters, change the forum to something like KTT.
Update the main website more than once every blue moon.

Unban all members.

Eliminate permanent bans, they do nothing, people come back with alts and repeat their former behavior. A week/month ban would keep people active yet teach them. of course, some extreme scenarios may require permanent bans.

Update embedding videos so it isn't a bitch to do

Model the layout after KTT with notifications, quick replies, etc.

Eliminate a ton of subsections that are leftovers from when TR was active

Have updated Eminem news on the front page to drive in nonmembers

Eliminate the ugly design

Use a better ad program to make some money

Make posting easier for new members,

I think I would unban everyone. Not because everyone wants that to be, but because IMO, it sort leaves a sour taste.
