I'd say J. Cole because his album was slightly better and he has more classic songs. People hate on Cole for his new singles but his mixtapes were dope as fuck.

Cole is a better rapper. Drake isn't a particularly talented emcee, but artisticly, I think he is better than J Cole. I think I am less critical of emotional rap than most people around here though.
