before I had my homie tape almost every Raw & Smackdown on VHS till around sometime in 03
then I got dish & could watch all them Raws & Smackdowns during the "Ruthless Agression" era

I grew out of it. I remember watching it again during Summer of Punk 2 in July before they predictably brought him back early and had Kevin Nash suck the life out of the storyline and killed the momentum CM Punk had.

Yes, I made this username back when I still used to be a wrestling fan in 2007. Used to like Randy Orton. I haven't seen his work as a babyface but I hear he's bland. The character hit its peak during the build up for WM 25 against HHH. Had so much momentum going for him at the time.


My favorite wrestler of all time is Undertaker. My favorite wrestler before I quit watching it is Christian.

I don't know if I can say I completely quit watching because sometimes I check it out here and there.

He's such a great wrestler. Great mic skills and charisma.

My memory is fuzzy on matches cos I haven't seen much for quite a time.

but from I remember:

Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle - Royal Rumble 2003 : The back and forth submission reversals were so exciting to watch. Great display of technical wrestling. The match proves that a match doesn't need to have crazy spots and too many near falls for it to be great and engaging.(near-falls add tension, yes. But a match shouldn't RELY on near falls.)

Those two had such great in ring chemistry. They had other great matches, but I choose this one because it was 100% clean.

I honestly found the HBK/Bret Hart match to be boring. Although, I watched it years ago so I opinion can changed upon rewatch.

There are many other matches that are not in my mind right now.

There are wrestlers who just don't click with each other in the ring. Like Randy Orton and Triple H. Both of them are great wrestlers individually, but can't seem to have a great match (other than No Mercy 07 LMS which was decent).
