Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle - Royal Rumble 2003 : The back and forth submission reversals were so exciting to watch. Great display of technical wrestling. The match proves that a match doesn't need to have crazy spots and too many near falls for it to be great and engaging.(near-falls add tension, yes. But a match shouldn't RELY on near falls.)
Those two had such great in ring chemistry. They had other great matches, but I choose this one because it was 100% clean.

There are many other matches that are not in my mind right now.
There are wrestlers who just don't click with each other in the ring. Like Randy Orton and Triple H. Both of them are great wrestlers individually, but can't seem to have a great match (other than No Mercy 07 LMS which was decent).
