The Chels is the podcast I listen to most often. I've listened to Sick and Wrong a few times and I used to listen to Painkiller Already quite a bit.

Now Apple have released a Podcast app for the iPhone, I might start listening to some again.

There has always been a dedicated podcast section in the Music app, but the new standalone application has a bunch of new features.
