I remember reading somewhere that some people want Hop to get Macklemore-type success with Knock Madness. I wonder if he will. It'd be great if he did.

Ross gets a lot of hate on here that I don't get. He's improved on every album and mixtape he's done. Rich Forever was dope, he has some good guest verses (Accident Murders, Devil In A New Dress), he gets some nice, smooth beats and then gets some consistent, yet overdone banger beats. I'm not going to listen to Rick Ross to be wowed by lyrics... because I know better.

But he makes some really, really dope hype music and has a nice mixture of beats, hooks, and standable lyrics for a good portion of the time.
