I have a kinda shitty job, but I am not dying to quit (I will quit sometime near future though), mainly because of nice colleagues and pay.

I wish I didn't have any bills to pay so I didn't have to work lol. I like my job though, I work at an Insurance company. I plan on staying there until I retire or for some reason they cut me, which I can't see happening. I hope to advance though. I want to make underwriter money, they make about $10,000+ more than I currently do.

what exactly is it that you have to do at an insurance company ? check peoples papers or what?

My current position is the "output" team. We're the last step before you get your policy pepers in your mail box. We add all the endorsements, booklets and staple all your pages together ect. Sounds easy but there is SOOO much detail it's insane.

Underwriters are the people that actually make your policy exist. They put all of your info on the computer, put in what extra endorsements you want ect. They deal with both customers and brokers(brokers are middle men. You go through them, to get insurance from a company like mine). Underwriters then print the policy and it comes up to my department. We do all the attachments and then send it out to the policy holder.

Exactly. It's pretty interesting because things are always changing. Each province gets their own version of things and.. yeah.. our desks are packed full of booklets and folders with different things in them. A LOT of paper lol

i had a security job for $10 a night, quit that shit, even made a track about it but it's very racist because my boss/ the owners were 2 indians (from india) and the husband wore cheap fake cuban shit and tried to pretend he was the indian scarface.

and because of how racist the track is, i kept it to myself and only let 2 or 3 friends hear it

Ten a Night, and i needed the money even if it was just for $10, at first, i agreed cuz i could use that $10 until i found an actual job, and then it got to the point where i thought maybe if i worked there long enough they would put me behind the register for an hourly wage, but then i realized that was never their plan, and i got tired of the way they talked to me so i took the trash out one night and then walked home, when they called my house i told em find somebody else to guard the store for 10 a night, apparantly, the new guy they hired works for spice (fake weed),

I did get a better job tho, i currently work at home, i'm an at home agent for a cell phone company, if you ever call to pay your bill (for that company) or call due to a tech issue, the call i sent to my phone, i answer with "Hi thank you for calling (company) customer service and finance, my name is Anthony, how may i help you today", either the customer is paying their bill, setting up a payment arrangement, or disputing charges on their bill with me, sometimes they want to change their calling plan, or maybe they lost their phone, i do a few other things as well, but if they have other issues, regarding the insurance, maybe they want to cancel their account, i transfer them to the correct agent, but i get paid $9 an hour for this, i sit in my room, play video games, answer calls, whatever, as long as they don't hear background noise, i'm good.

and i don't give a fuck about anything else, i'm helping support my father and lil sis after my whore ass mom left, my dad's got a nice lil home job as well answering calls for infomercials such as P90X, he get's paid a lil differntly but we got the bills handled, quiting that bullshit ass 10 dollar job was the best shit i could do
