First of all, the layout is pretty nice, the only problem for me is how dark it is. The dark font on the dark grey-green coloured background can be a little bit hard for me to read if I have the backlight on my laptop turned down (at night for example). It just seems like a bad colour contrast.

I'd maybe try a lighter colour like the grey in the hearder, and just use the green as more of a background accent type thing. But you'll know what looks best for you.

but I would suggest you to improve the visuals (GFX and the Theme)... change the colors and change the font

just make it look less like just coding and more graphic orientated

What script are you using? have you looked into Wordpress, it's the same thing that RapRadar is using. I think your site would look a lot cooler with it: http://wordpress.org/

That depends on your computer screen, which is a flaw in their design, it should look the same in all screens. If they used Responsive Design, amazing shit would happen. Chrome homepage uses it, when the window is minimizes, the page elements becomes smaller and changes also. Pretty cool.
