Nostalgia can really be misleading. And one example is gaming. Kill You said that today's games are better than ever. And I didn't believe him. But now I'm trying a lot of new games out and I think he might be right. I don't have a Xbone or PS4 yet, but I play newer games on PS3. I mean the games have a certain charm to them. I was once led to believe that it was all about ''Sega Genesis'' or the first ''Nintendo.'' But you see, nostalgia is very powerful. It tricks you into believing everything from the past was better. Now I'm not saying the old systems don't have a certain charm to them. They do, they are good in their own way, but it's simply wrong to say everything sucks now, just because you can't relate to it and haven't tried it. Nostalgia fools us.
And this leads me back to my ex. That trick does NOT look better than Emma Stone. To me Emma Stone is gorgeous. And I was lying to myself when I said that my ex looks better than Emma Stone. Emma Stone seems to have a better personality, a better face, and a better body. My ex has actually gained a lot of weight, judging by her fb pics. And she has this thuggish boyfriend now. What a loser. The point is I'm over that trick. I am not attached to my emotions about her anymore. I'm a gamer now. That trick kept me out of gaming for years. I play lots of games now. I don't need a junkie girl.
