Can it be that TR is in the state it's in because it doesn't have the right balance of members?

Every since we've lost most of the notorious trolls and unorthodox posters to either bans or inactivity, the balance of personalities has shifted uneven and has forced ordinary members to change into try hards trying to fill the void left by trolls like batman or goats like LIL_B and mushi.
