actually, you don't absolutely need to buy a pop filter and a mic stand... if you want a professional looking setup, buy them, but if you don't care how ugly your setup looks (trust me, it can be ugly lol) you can just make a pop filter yourself, and put your mic on a table or something, and if it's not high enough, put a small table on your table and put your mic there lol.... to make a pop filter, you just need pantyhose, that you stretch and put around a hoop of some kind and tape it... you can put 2 layers of pantyhose if you prefer... and it'll do the same job a 20 buck pop filter would do...but it will be ugly, and maybe you won't want to rap in front of pantyhose your mom wore for years but that's your choice lol

to me to the last line of that post till i clicked on pntyhoes = knickers....well....idk man i mean if my mom came in and i was rapping with her pantyhoes at my mouth i think she might send me to a sicreatic hospital BUT saves me money.....as for a stand i never thought of that BUT my rooms real small so idk if tis be best just geting a stand and sticking it in the corner lol

well, it looks like a pretty good mic, but it's not usb...so you'd need a good studio sound card and a good preamp.... if you don't want to pay hundreds of

don't expect the best quality ever, but it's I think it's the best thing you could get for that low price....you have to make sure you're in a quiet place with these condensor mics tough, cause it captures everything... so a pop filter is essential, or you'll always need to concentrate on the position of your mouth etc...

yeh well luckily my room is the back room witch makes less sound outside i only usually record when my house is empty so thats goos and also ill be rapping iinto pantyhoes so its all good thx for the help man should have one of those mics for monday then coz i get payed on friday and i should have enough then thx again

it's a nice kit, pretty much every thing you'd need is there, but I think the price isn't very good... I'm not sure though...you'd have to check out the price of every thing it includes and see if it's a good deal... but for Bar, I don't know, since he probably wants something in the UK
