well you have to learn the 'present perfect' in german(i have made=i habe gemacht)
or you can imagine ...damn..thats hard to give an example

but i would say now that u have to look at the whole sentence.....
bin is a period of time and
habe is a point of time...kinna like that but damn thats experience
for me as german ..i know that...???
