check the D/L section and go Tash's List it should have downloads for ipb and vbulletin.

Some forums like phpbb are free, but a lot like Vbulletin and IPB are paid forums, you have to buy them to use them (unless you download a cracked one)

Then to use the forum, you can do one of two things...

* you can buy a host with PHP included and domain then you upload and install your forum script

* you can search google for forumhost and you get a subdomain with a forum that has their ads..

Those are the steps to a forum, I know this stuff cause I used to own a large forum which got hacked :angry:
