An unhealthy time

Have you ever been so high that you thought you were gonna die? While I'm off all hard drugs, there was a point in time about 6 months ago where I was using cocaine and ectsasy, and different amphetamines like adderall. I was using these so much and mixing them with other things like marijuana, pain killers, and alcohol and I felt a couple times like my heart was just going to explode. In addition to this, I was eating out probably 4-5 times a week. And up until about 2 months ago I felt like was having heart problems. But lately I've been exercising and eating out less. I was just wondering id anyone else had had an unhealthy period like this in their life? Anyway, thanks for reading..

For about a year all I did was pop pills and drink like hell

got locked in a crazy home

started back up again, but calmed down after I met my gf/wife

now I drink only once a month and only take Tylenol
