Me too, that's why in the back of my mind, I've always thought that this song can be INTERPRETED as either being about a random woman or about drugs. Notice I said "interpreted". You can take the song however you want, there is no wrong answer when it comes to art. Except for when people think Space Bound is about Eminem being an alien or some shit. Then...that's obviously wrong

It's not really that important what the song is about (although I'm sure it's about drugs). What makes this song so good is that it could be about a lot of different things - it kindda gives people a chance to relate to it however they want.
