Hey!this topic is not 100% about eminem but thats related with so..i was in a group and some girl said that read in a board that nate got cancer and em and kim went to the hospital to talk to the doctor..it dont sounds me true at all..but dont know what to think..just wanna know your opinions cuz this sound like fake stuff so
