as far as i know, there was a track called "slim shady goes honky tonk" on some japan b-side or whatever. it's a remix of without me with some crazy old fashioned piano music.

they have an online trackservice and it is listet as "eminem - slim shady goes honky tonk". sadly google doesn't really help...
