Most of you were probably little kids when Eminem first made it big and weren't in the right age group to witness the impact that the SSLP and MMLP had on our entire fucking culture of teenagers. The shit was unheard of.. I can remember my teacher in grade 9 sitting our class down and discussing what he'd heard on the Marshall Mathers LP and explaining to us how it's important that we realize how bad it is to listen to this stuff.. LOL. Concept flew right over his head. That shit was going on everywhere though. NO ONE over the age of 13 back in y2k had not heard about & for the most part, heard, the MMLP.

The MMLP is just too incredible. A once in a lifetime album. We'll probably never hear any artist come out with a CD that creates a bigger bang for the rest of our lives. I would bet money on it. THAT is why SSLP comes in 3rd for Eminem. It's stacked up against 2 of the most fucking insane albums that ever existed for their time. SSLP is no exception to that, and it's amazing and very close, but it can't top MMLP. TES is second, because anyone who was old enough at the time it came out who had also been around to experience every person they know bumping SSLP and MMLP for a few years will remember freaking (not literally, but being in awe mentally at least) when they heard Halie's Song specifically, as well as the rest of the album and had their minds blown that the CD was by the same twisted fuck of an artist that came out with MMLP. I was actually upset when TES came out, although I loved listening to it. I was upset that Eminem didn't have the same attitude that he had on the MMLP.. I didn't truly appreciate how good the eminem show was until Encore came out, and Encore was a fucking awesome CD. If you don't like it, fuck you. If darkness was a metaphor for "the best fucking rap albums ever" then Encore was the light at the end of the tunnel that is much more amplified to the eyes after crawling through 3 CD's of blackness. It's only lousy on standards that are set higher than any others. In anyone else's standards, it would be their best album.

Oh great, I signed up on a forum infested with a bunch of semi-brain-dead mongrels.. the types of people that make you ashamed of your own fucking species as a living breathing human being. Most people are just so fucking stupid it literally makes me sick, and is probably the result of an existential crisis I've been dealing with for 6 years (Thanks a lot you bunch of fucking sponges that just suck up everything you've ever been told and pass it to your kids.. Thanks religion.. Thanks for misleading me and leaving me in the dark when I was smart enough to see through your bullshit and not be intimidated by threats of hell.) There's a few exceptions, but when I read posts like "TES was good, MMLP was awesome, Recovery was gay, Encore was SHIT" I am once again reminded that we'd probably be better off as a species if we just didn't exist. Posts like the one I mentioned are the results of the flawed system in Canada that started around the time our parents started having kids, killing Darwinism and turning survival of the fittest, into reproduction of the laziest. not even too poppy, just the overall concept is pretty gay imo, and the singles were terrible (which is nothing new, eminem is known for having shitty singles in comparison to the entire album). Like Not Afraid and LTWYL are the biggest sell out money making marketing songs of all time. definitely got some classic songs though.
