I just heard the ad... doesn't sound that similar to me. At a stretch I can hear it but... I think that's a bit OTT suing them for that lol. Nowhere near similar enough.

Did you hear the original? The official version they put on their YouTube was modified and doesn't sound much like "Under the Influence," but the original, that they played at the Facebook Home conference, does.

Basically, in the original commercial for Facebook Home, the music sounded like "Under the Influence, so Em's Music Publisher is suing them... That's it, mostly, lol.

Don't know if it's just me, but it seem's like this is very convenient time wise, to get Eminem's name out there again but in a bigger way. Maybe this is all a big plan, considering Mark seem's to be a fan of Eminem. Get Facebook into the equation and now you have 10x more people talking about it/him. Seem's fucking brilliant to me. Or, this is a rediculous thought I had and this is all legit.

He just doesn't seem to have any legal battle's happening much anymore, now he is about to release an album....then this come's up.
