they sued Interscope making it impossible to work with Eminem anymore

They sued Aftermath for royalties from like 5 to 10 years or so ago & they've already been paid for the beats themselves at the time... & that was stupid as fuck. Dre gave them a huge platform just like he did for Em & they earned a lot while still on the production team but got mad when they were put on the back seat at some point.
They're not even capable to be on the map without Em at this point... That's why the OP asks this question actually.
It's not only that Em won't work with them anymore... nobody will.

Most likely or at least not with artists we know of... the thing is they most likely won't work with someone we've heard of even after they're not part of Em's production team & aren't obliged to his label 'cuz nobody else have interest in 'em. That's why they sued Dre for some pocked money for songs they've earned millions from back in the day.
